It covered a huge working area of almost 70,000 square kilometres (approximately the size of Tasmania). Visitors can view the old Ford Ambulance which is the oldest continually registered ambulance in Australia, uniforms and an enormous number of logbooks recording the cases treated by ambulance officers during the past 100 years.
