May Day Weekend Line Dancing Workshop and Socials beginning with a 'Meet & Greet' Line Dancing Social on Friday night, including a light supper.

Saturday morning Lucky Strike Line Dancers will host a Workshop conducted by volunteer Northern Instructors and/or Choreographers. This includes a catered morning tea and lunch.

Saturday night - the Main Event Night - will be an "Under The Sea" themed Line Dancing Social with Raffle tickets on sale and several Lucky Door Prizes. On the Saturday night those attending will get the chance to showcase the dances they have learnt at the workshop as part of a program loaded with a number of other popular dances currently being done in Charters Towers and other northern centres.

Attendees come from all over Queensland to attend this annual event which has been hosted by the Lucky Strike Line Dancers Club for the past seventeen years.
